caught la dispute and touche amore tonight. it was an all ages show; i showed up on a whim after listening to some of the material online a bit and liking it a lot. i don't hang out much with the kids anymore...
hardcore kids can be...hardcore. rowdy. the sound was kinda bad, too, but the kids didn't really care.
i'm holding off writing much off a review for those reasons - lack of familiarity and bad sound. this la dispute record sure is pretty awesome, though.
somebody recorded most of the touche amore set (up above), but didn’t get the la dispute set. the setlist for ottawa seems to have been a little unusual, so i'm not going to fill it in without a source that i can't currently find. but, i can be seen standing out of the pit for most of the show, somewhat inebriated.
